Sepanjang tahun 2019, Komite Etika Bisnis telah
menjalankan tugas untuk mendukung pelaksanaan
kegiatan Etika Bisnis Perseroan antara lain evaluasi
implementasi etika bisnis, rekomendasi penyempurnaan
dan kelengkapan etika bisnis, penyelarasan etika bisnis
perusahan dengan budaya, etika dan nilai penerapan
etika bisnis, pelaksanaan tugas yang berkaitan dengan
etika bisnis.

In 2019, the Business Ethics Committee has held 2 (two)
meetings with a 100% attendance quorum. The meeting
discussed the accountability of business ethics in each
department and review the business ethics policy.

Throughout 2019, Business Ethics Committee has
carried out their duties to support the implementation
of the Company’s Business Ethics such as evaluating the
implementation of business ethics, recommending the
improvement of business ethics, aligning the company’s

ethics related duties.
