Sejak awal tahun 2010, Perseroan telah menerapkan
panduan berperilaku yang tertuang yang dalam Etika
Bisnis dan Etika Kerja (EBEK) dan berlaku bagi Dewan
Komisaris, Direksi serta seluruh karyawan di seluruh
struktur organisasi. EBEK merupakan pedoman sikap,
perilaku dan cara kerja insan Voksel yang diharapkan
dapat meningkatkan kualitas Perseroan secara
keseluruhan dalam mengembangkan usaha yang
berkelanjutan. Tak hanya itu, EBEK dirancang untuk
mendukung visi dan misi Perseroan dan membangun
kepercayaan dan integritas antara Perseroan dengan
karyawan, Pemegang Saham, konsumen, dan seluruh
pemangku kepentingan, serta menciptakan lingkungan
kerja yang baik dan iklim usaha yang kondusif.
Pokok dan Isi Kode Etik
Etika Bisnis
Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik memiliki beberapa
prinsip di antaranya
Transparancy, Accountability,
Reliability, Responsibility
dan
Fairness (TARRIF)
. Melalui
prinsip-prinsip ini, yang juga sesuai dengan Nilai-nilai
dasar Perseroan, Manajemen, dan karyawan Perseroan
diharapkan terdorong untuk berperilaku secara
profesional, transparan dan efisien dalam menjalankan
aktivitas dan kegiatannya serta selalu tunduk pada
ketentuan hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku dan konsisten dengan standar bisnis dan
etika profesional.
Seluruh Komisaris, Direksi, Karyawan ataupun yang
bekerja di entitas anak ataupun agen/perwakilan yang
bertindak atas nama Perseroan diwajibkan untuk
melaksanakan seluruh tugas dan pekerjaannya sesuai
dengan kebijakan yang dimuat dalam pelaksanaan Etika
Bisnis ini, serta melaporkan jika terjadi penyimpangan
atas pelaksanaan Etika Bisnis ini.
Etika Kerja
Etika kerja menjabarkan bagaimana seharusnya seorang
karyawan bersikap, berperilaku, dan berhubungan
dengan pihak-pihak di dalam Perseroan. Akumulasi
sikap, perilaku, cara berhubungan dan bagaimana
proses kerja dilaksanakan, akan membangun “Budaya
Kerja” yang merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam
Perseroan.
Etika kerja meliputi hal-hal berikut:
• Sikap Karyawan dalam Perseroan.
• Sikap Karyawan dengan wewenang dan jabatannya
di Perseroan.
• Hubungan
Karyawan
dengan
Atasan
dan
Bawahannya.
• Hubungan Karyawan dengan Sesama Karyawan.
At the beginning of 2010, the Company implemented
behavior guidelines which is contained in Business Ethics
and Work Ethics (EBEK) which is applied to the Board of
Commissioners, Board of Directors and all employees
in the organizational structure. EBEK is a guideline of
attitudes, behavior and procedures form the Voksel’s
members which are expected to improve the overall
quality of the Company in developing a sustainable
business. EBEK is also designed to support the vision and
mission of the Company and to build trust and integrit
between the Company and its employees, Shareholders,
consummers, and all stakeholders, as well as to create
a good working environment and a condusive business
climate.
Code of Conduct Principal
Business Ethic
Good Corporate Governance has several principles,
including Transparancy, Accountability, Reliability,
Responsibility and Fairness (TARRIF). Through these
principles, which are also in accordance with the Core
Values of the Company, Management, and employees of
the Company are expected to be encouraged to behave
professionally, transparently and efficiently in carrying
out their activities, always obey to the applicable law
and regulations and are consistent with the business
standards and professional ethics.
All Commissioners, Directors, employees, or everyone
in the Subsidiary or their agents or representatives
who acts on behalf of the Company are required to
carry out all the duties and tasks in accordance with the
policies contained in the Implementation of Business
Ethics, as well as to report any case of divergence on the
implementation of the Ethics business.
Work Ethic
Work ethic explains how an employee should behave in
related to the parties inside the company. Accumulation
of attitudes, behaviors, how to relate and how work
processes implemented, will build a “Work Culture”,
which is one of important element in the Company.
Work ethic involves the following:
• Employee attitudes inside the Company.
• Employee attitudes with the authority and position in
the Company.
• Employee relations with superiors and subordinates.
• Employee relations with other employee.
