menyelenggarakan program Kepemilikan Saham oleh
Karyawan dan/atau manajemen.

Option Plan.
Cara Penyampaian dan Mekanisme
Penanganan Laporan Pelanggaran
Melalui divisi, departemen dan unit kerja yang aktif
terlibat dalam pengawasan, Perseroan memiliki
mekanisme kerja untuk menerima laporan pelanggaran
kode etik Perseroan, antara lain yang berindikasi
penyimpangan (
fraud
). Laporan pelanggaran dapat
juga disampaikan kepada Komite Etika Bisnis, atau
melalui telepon, fax, PO.Box, e-mail atau media lainnya,
serta dapat dilakukan secara anonim. Perseroan pun
berkomitmen untuk sepenuhnya merahasiakan identitas
pelapor untuk melindungi mereka dari segala bentuk
ancaman, gangguan, serta aksi balas dendam.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akanmelakukan pengusutan atas
laporan dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan. Selain
itu, Perseroan akan melakukan tindakan perbaikan yang
dianggap penting guna mencegah pelanggaran yang
sama di kemudian hari.
Pelaporan Pelanggaran
Pada tahun 2019, Perseroan tidak menerima pengaduan
atas pelanggaran yang terjadi di lingkungan Perseroan,
baik terhadap Perseroan, Entitas Anak, maupun anggota
Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi yang sedang menjabat.
Submission and the Mechanism
of Violation Report Handling
Through divisions, departments and work units that
are actively involved in supervision, the Company has a
working mechanism that receives reports of violations
of the Company’s code of ethics, which indicates fraud.
Reports of violations can also be submitted to the
Business Ethics Committee, or via telephone, fax, PO.Box,
e-mail or other media. The report can also be submitted
in anonym. The Company is also committed to keep the
confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity in order to
pretect them from all forms of threats, harassment, and
retaliation.
Furthermore, the Company will conduct an investigation
on the report and take the necessary actions. In
addition, the Company will take corrective actions that
are considered important in order to prevent similar
violations in the future.
Whistleblowing
In 2019, the Company did not receive whistleblowing for
any violations in the Company, Subsidiaries, or members
of the Board of Commissioners and Directors.
