Perseroan menerapkan Etika Bisnis dan Etika Kerja
dengan memperhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Membangun

, dan
Leadership
pimpinan baik di kalangan Komisaris, Direksi,
Manajemen, maupun kelompok kerja Karyawan.
2. Mensosialisasikan Etika Bisnis ini dalam
New Employee
Orientation Program
(NEOP) dan penyegaran secara
berkala bagi seluruh lapisan pada setiap bagian.
3. Mengakui penerapan etika sebagai bagian tidak
terlepaskan dari praktik bisnis dan penilaian karya
seluruh karyawan.
4. Mengembangkan pedoman Pelaksanaan Etika Bisnis
yang sudah ada danmenjabarkan lebih lanjutmenjadi
berbagai Kebijakan dan Peraturan Perseroan.
5. Melengkapi Peraturan Perseroan dengan sanksi atas
pelanggaran dan membangun sistem agar dapat
dipantau penerapan Etika Bisnis ini.
Melalui komitmen, EBEK mengikat para insan
Perseroan. Maka dari itu, setiap insan Voksel, termasuk
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris, diwajibkan untuk
memberikan pernyataan kepatuhan pribadinya dengan
menandatangani lembar di Buku EBEK.
Sosialisasi dan Upaya Penegakan
Kode Etik
Seluruh insan Perseroan mendapatkan sosialisasi
mengenai Kode Etik melalui HRD pada saat awal seorang
karyawan bergabung dalam Perseroan. Sosialiasi kode
etik juga dijalankan oleh anggota Komite Etika Bisnis
yaitu pemegang jabatan tertinggi pada tiap Divisi atau
Departemen dalam Perseroan.
Adapun tugas anggota Komite Etika Bisnis dan Kerja adalah
menilai dan mengevaluasi kinerja Perseroan dan para
karyawan dalam menjalankan etika bisnis dan etika kerja
sebagaimana tertuang di dalam Etika Bisnis dan Etika Kerja
Perseroan.
Pernyataan Kode Etik Berlaku bagi
Seluruh Insan Perseroan
Dengan memberlakukan Kode Etik kepada seluruh insan
Perseroan, Perseroan menerapkan asas keadilan dan
kesetaraan. Baik Etika Bisnis maupun Etika Kerja bersifat
mengikat bagi seluruh insan Perseroan dengan adanya
sanksi bagi tiap pelanggaran atas Kode Etik Perseroan.
Pelaporan Kode Etik
Sepanjang tahun 2019, tidak terdapat pelanggaran
signifikan terhadap Kode Etik yang berlaku di Perseroan.
The Company implements Business Ethics and Work
Ethics by observing the following matter:
1. Building commitment, involvement, and leadership
in all levels such as Commissioner, Director,
Management and Employee.
2. Socializing this business ethics in New Employee
Orientation Program (NEOP) and make repetition
regularly to all division level.
3. Recognizing the ethics implementation as a part of
business practice and employee assessment.
4. Developing exist Business Ethic Implementation
guidelines and elaborating further to become various
Policy and Company’s Regulation.
5. Completing the Company’s Regulation with sanction
on violation and building system so the Business
Ethic can be monitored.
EBEK binds the Company’s member in one commitment.
Therefore, all Voksel members including the Board
of Commissioners and Directors are required to give
compliance statement by signing in the EBEK Book.
Code of Conduct Socialization and
Enforcement
All of the Company’s member have been sococialized
with the Code of Conduct by the HRD when the employee
joins the Company. The socialization is also carried out
by Business Ethic Committee which is every one with the
highest position in each Division or Department.
Duty of the Business and Work Ethics Committee is to
assess and evaluate the Company’s performance and
employees in exercising business and work ethics as
stipulated in the Company’s Business and Work Ethics.
Statement of Code of Conduct is
Applicable to All Company Members
With the implementation of Code of Conduct to all
Company members, the Company applies the principle
of justice and equity. Both Business Ethics and Work
Ethics binds all members of the Company with sanctions
for every Code of Conduct violation.
Code of Conduct Whistleblowing
Throughout 2019, there is no significant violation to the
Company’s Code of Conduct.
