Penjualan lokal diakui pada saat penyerahan
barang kepada pelanggan atau dalam hal
barang disimpan di gudang Perusahaan dan
Entitas Anak atas permintaan pelanggan, pada
saat diterbitkan faktur, sedangkan penjualan
ekspor diakui pada saat barang dikapalkan.
Local sales are recognized when the goods
are delivered to the customers, customer,
either upon delivery, or in the case of finished
products held in the Company’s and
Subsidiaries’ warehouse at the request of the
customer, upon invoicing, while export sales
are recognized when the goods are shipped.
Semua kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan
kontrak konstruksi Entitas anak BPS dan CKT,
dicatat dengan menggunakan metode
persentase penyelesaian. Dengan metode ini,
pendapatan yang diakui sama dengan
estimasi terbaru dari harga jual total kontrak
dikalikan dengan tingkat penyelesaian
sebenarnya yang ditentukan dengan mengacu
pada keadaan fisik kemajuan pekerjaan.
Variasi dan klaim sehubungan dengan kontrak
konstruksi termasuk dalam pendapatan
sepanjang telah disetujui oleh pelanggan.
All activities related to construction contracts
of subsidiary BPS and CKT, are accounted for
using the percentage of completion method.
Under this method, the revenue recognized
equals the latest estimate of the total selling
price of the contract multiplied by the actual
completion rate determined by reference to the
physical state of progress of the works.
Variations to, and claims arising in respect of,
construction contracts, are included in revenue
to the extent that they have been agreed with
the customers.
Jika adanya kemungkinan bahwa kontrak akan
menghasilkan
kerugian
pada
saat
penyelesaian kontrak, penyisihan atas
kerugian
yang
diperkirakan
hingga
penyelesaian
kontrak
diakui
sebagai
penyisihan kini pada laporan keuangan
konsolidasian. Kerugian diakui secara penuh
ketika dapat diukur secara andal, terlepas dari
tingkat penyelesaian.
If it is regarded as probable that a contract will
generate a loss on completion, a provision for
expected losses to completion is recognized
as a current provision in the consolidated
financial statements. The loss is provided for
in full as soon as it is can be reliably
measured, irrespective of the completion rate.
Pendapatan dari jasa lainnya diakui pada saat
jasa diserahkan atau secara signifikan
diberikan dan manfaat jasa tersebut telah
dinikmati oleh pelanggan.
Revenues from other services are recognized
when the services are rendered or significantly
provided and the benefits have been received
by the customers.
