Unit Audit
Unit Audit Internal merupakan suatu bagian integral dalam
perseroan yang berfungsi memberikan jasa audit secara
independen dan obyektif, dan juga memberikan masukan yang
bersifat konstruktif dan konsultatif kepada management guna
meningkatkan nilai tambah, untuk mengamankan aset juga untuk
meningkatkan efisiensi dari pada sistem operasional Perseroan,
sistem pengendalian intern dan manajemen resiko.
Kepala Unit Audit Internal
Kepala Unit Audit Internal Perseroan dijabat oleh Pandapotan
Damanik sejak bulan April tahun 2011.
Pandapotan Damanik memulai karir sebagai Tax Consultant di dbi
consulting (Tax & Management Consultant) pada tahun
2003-2005, kemudian melanjutkan karir profesional dibidang audit
di Kantor Akuntan Publik Kosasih, Nurdiyaman, Tjahjo & Rekan,
afiliasi Crowe Horwath International pada tahun 2005-2011 dengan
posisi terakhir Audit Supervisor. Diangkat menjadi Kepala Unit
Audit Intern oleh Direktur Perseroan dengan SK No. 09/VEDIR/IV/
2011.
Struktur Unit Audit Internal
Struktur Unit Audit Internal Perseroan berdasarkan Piagam Audit
Intern yang telah ditetapkan pada tanggal 4 April 2011, dan
terakhir direvisi 29 Oktober 2014 adalah sebagai berikut:
Unit Audit Internal secara struktural dipimpin oleh Kepala Unit
Audit Intern
Kepala Unit Audit Internal ditunjuk dan diberhentikan secara
langsung oleh Direktur Utama Perseroan setelah disetujui oleh
Komisaris.
Kepala Unit Audit Internal bertanggungjawab secara langsung
dan independen kepada Direktur Utama Perseroan.
Tugas dan Tanggung jawab Auditor Internal
Adapun tugas dan tanggung jawab Auditor Internal Perseroan
adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Menyusun strategi dan rencana kerja audit serta rencana
pengembangan kemampuan dan ketrampilan auditor
berdasarkan “risk based audit” sejalan dengan pencapaian visi,
misi dan strategi perusahaan secara umum.
2. Merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengarahkan, dan melaporkan
realisasi kegiatan audit (operasional, compliance dan fraud)
kepada Manajemen dengan tembusan kepada Direktur lain
sesuai dengan tingkatan informasi.
3. Melaporkan hal-hal penting berkaitan dengan proses
pengendalian

internal,
termasuk
melaporkan/
merekomendasikan
kemungkinan
untuk
melakukan
peningkatan pada proses tersebut.
Audit Unit
Internal Audit Unit is an integral part of the company which serves
to provide independent and objective audit services, and also
provide constructive and consultative feedback to the
management in order to increase value added, to secure assets as
well as to improve the efficiency of the Company's operational
system, internal control system and risk management.
Head of Internal Audit Unit
Head of Internal Audit Unit is held by Pandapotan Damanik since
April 2011.
Pandapotan Damanik started his career as Tax Consultant in dbi
consulting (Tax & Management Consultant) in 2003-2005, then
continued his professional career in the field of auditing at the
public accounting firm Kosasih, Nurdiyaman Tjahjo & Partners, an
affiliate of Crowe Horwath International in 2005-2011 as Audit
Supervisor. He was appointed as Head of Internal Audit Unit of the
Company by the President Director Decree No. 09/VEDIR/IV/2011.
Structure of Internal Audit Unit
The structure of the Internal Audit Unit of the Company pursuant to
the Internal Audit Charter which has been established on April 4,
2011, and revised October 29, 2014 are as follows:
Internal Audit Unit is structurally chaired by Head of Internal
Audit Unit.
Head of Internal Audit Unit is appointed and dismissed by the
President Director with approval of Commissioner.
Head of Internal Audit Unit is directly and independently
responsible to President Director
Task and Responsibility of Internal Audit
The Task and Responsibility of Internal Audit are as follows:
1. Prepare audit strategy and work plan as well as auditor ability
and skill development plan based on “risk based audit” in line
with the achievement of vision, mission and general strategy of
the Company.
2. Plan, perform, direct and report the realization of audit activity
(operational, compliance and fraud) to the Management c.c. to
related Directors according to the information stage.
3. Report important matters related to internal control process
including report/recommend the possibility to improve the
process.
