Sejak awal tahun 2010 Perseroan telah memiliki panduan
dalam berperilaku yang dituangkan dalam Etika Bisnis
dan Etika Kerja atau yang dikenal dengan “EBEK” di
lingkungan perusahaan. EBEKmerupakan pedoman sikap,
perilaku dan cara kerja insan Voksel yang diharapkan
dapat meningkatkan kualitas Voksel secara keseluruhan
dalam mengembangkan usaha yang berkelanjutan.
Pokok dan Isi Kode Etik
Etika Bisnis
Prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik yang
dijalankanadalahAccountability,Reliability,Responsibility
dan Fairness. Melalui prinsip-prinsip ini yang juga
sesuai dengan Nilai-nilai dasar Voksel, diharapkan agar
manajemen dan karyawan Voksel terdorong untuk
berperilaku secara professional, transparan dan efisien
dalammenjalankan aktivitas dan kegiatannya serta selalu
tunduk pada ketentuan hukum dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku dan konsisten dengan standard
bisnis dan etika profesional.
Adalah tugas seluruh Komisaris, Direksi, Karyawan,
ataupun yang bekerja di Entitas Anak ataupun agen
atau perwakilan yang bertindak atas nama Perseroan
diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan seluruh tugas dan
pekerjaannya sesuai dengan kebijakan yang dimuat dalam
Pelaksanaan Etika Bisnis ini, serta melaporkan jika terjadi
Penyimpangan atas pelaksanaan Etika Bisnis ini.
Laporan bisa melalui telepon,
fax, PO.Box, e-mail
atau
media lainnya yang dapat dilakukan dengan “tanpa nama”
(anonymously)
, atau jika seseorang mau melaporkan
Penyimpangan ini denganmemberitahunamadan identitas
mereka, Perseroan yang menangani laporan tersebut akan
menjaga sepenuhnya rahasia pelapor tersebut.
Etika Kerja
Etika kerja menjelaskan bagaimana seharusnya seorang
karyawan bersikap, berperilaku, dan berhubungan
dengan pihak – pihak di dalam perusahaan. Akumulasi
sikap, perilaku, cara berhubungan dan bagaimana proses
kerja dilaksanakan, akanmembangun “Budaya Kerja” yang
merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalamPerusahaan.
Etika kerja meliputi hal – hal berikut :
• Sikap Karyawan dalam Perusahaan.
• Sikap Karyawan dengan wewenang dan jabatannya
di Perusahaan.
• Hubungan
Karyawan
dengan
Atasan
dan
Bawahannya.
• Hubungan Karyawan dengan Sesama Karyawan.
Dalam rangka Penerapan Etika Bisnis dan Etika Kerja perlu
diperhatikan hal – hal sebagai berikut:

pimpinan baik dikalangan Komisaris,
Direksi, Manajemen, maupun kelompok kerja
Karyawan.

Mensosialisasikan Etika Bisnis ini dalam
New
Employee
Orientation
Program
(NEOP)
dan
penyegaran secara berkala bagi seluruh lapisan pada
setiap bagian.
Since the beginning of 2010 the Company has had
guidelines for behavior in Business Ethics andWork Ethics
in a corporate environment, which known as “EBEK”.
EBEK is a guideline for attitude, behavior and workings
of the Voksel’s member which are expected to improve
the overall quality Voksel in developing a sustainable
business.
Provision and Contents of Code of Conducts
Business Ethics
The Good Corporate Governance Principles that run are
Accountability, Reliability, Responsibility and Fairness.
Through these principles which are also in accordance
with the Voksel’s core value, it is expected that the
management and employees Voksel compelled to behave
in a professional, transparent and efficient in carrying out
activities and always comply to the laws and regulations
in force and consistent with business standards and
professional ethics.
It is the duty of all Commissioners, Directors, employees, or
whoworkintheSubsidiaryortheiragentsorrepresentatives
who acting on behalf of the Company are required to carry
out all the duties and tasks in accordance with the policies
contained in the Implementation of Business Ethics, aswell
as the reported if there is any case of divergence on the
implementation of the Ethics this business.
Reports can be delivered by telephone, fax, PO.Box, e-mail
or other media that can be done with the “anonymous”
(anonymously), or if someone wants to report these
irregularities with provide a name and identity, the
company will handle the report and keep the secrecy of
the reporter.
Work Ethics
The work ethic explains how an employee should behave
in related to the parties inside the company. Accumulation
of attitudes, behaviors, how to relate and how work
processes implemented, will build a “Work Culture”, which
is one of important element in the Company.

position in the Company.
• Employee relations with superiors and subordinates.
• Employee relations with fellow employees.
The Followings are needed in Business Ethics and Work
Ethic implementation:

Build commitment, involvement, and leadership in all
levels such as Commissioner, Director, Management
and Employee.
2.
Socialize this business ethics in New Employee
Orientation Program (NEOP) and make repetition
regularly to all division level.
